Sobre o Selo
A arte do selo desta emissão foi elaborada com elementos que simbolizam o nono signo do zodíaco: Sagitário. No canto superior direito está seu ícone, que simboliza um arco e uma flecha. Duas faixas na cor cinza delimitam o espaço onde estão inseridos uma faixa de cor vermelha que representa o elemento “fogo” – um dos regentes da natureza que caracterizam a personalidade dos nascidos nesse signo –, o nome e o intervalo de tempo governado por sagitário, a ilustração de um centauro com arco e flecha e, na parte lateral esquerda, a representação de sua constelação. Foi utilizada a técnica de ilustração digital.
Astrologia
“Não me pergunte o que o céu pode fazer por você, mas de que maneira você há de se orientar para engrandecer o Universo com sua presença”, é com essa frase que, ao longo do tempo, encontrei a maneira de indicar às pessoas que a Astrologia não é o estudo de como o céu influencia os seres humanos, mas o conhecimento que nos ajuda a entender o lugar que ocupamos no colossal organismo inteligente que chamamos de Universo. Por meio dessa afirmação deixamos de lado o vício comum de nos eximirmos de nossas responsabilidades, pois, se não o fizéssemos, transferiríamos às virtudes e vícios dos signos do Zodíaco uma nova justificativa para afirmar que não teríamos opção sobre sermos como somos ou agirmos como agimos.
Nossos signos são a indicação de qual seria nossa serventia no Universo, o que responde a esse pressentimento nosso de que deve haver um lugar para nós no Universo, chamando a isso poeticamente de “missão”. Não se engane ninguém, porém, de que talvez seria suficiente nascer para cumprir essa “missão”. Não é! É preciso ir ao encontro dela, mesmo que orientados apenas por ideias vagas e imprecisas, mas que o estudo da Astrologia pode esclarecer e ajudar a utilizar.
É nessa linha de compreensão que os signos do Zodíaco se apresentarão a nós como verdadeiros portais cósmicos através dos quais se distribuem as potências cosmogônicas que concorrem para a criação, preservação e reintegração da realidade.
E, assim também, as pessoas que nascem em cada um dos signos podem encontrar neste parâmetro a identidade e a orientação sobre o lugar que ocupam no Universo. Com certeza, fazendo bom uso da Astrologia, chegaremos, um dia, a pensar em nós mesmos integrados ao Universo, muito diferente do que é agora, em que essa palavra Universo parece se referir sempre a eventos muito distantes e inatingíveis. Nós somos parte integrante do Universo e a Astrologia é o caminho que conduz a entender o que isso significa e a orientar sobre o melhor uso possível dessa condição.
Sagitário
Este é o signo que melhor define e sintetiza o estágio atual de nossa humanidade, que mistura a brutalidade dos instintos cegos com as mais elevadas aspirações e ideais. Assim somos nós, os seres humanos, brutos e belos, imperfeitos e cheios de ideais avançados, capazes de cometer atrocidades, mas também executores de ações que nos arrancam lágrimas, de tão puras e belas que são.
Não é de se admirar, por isso, que as pessoas que nascem neste signo sejam tão contraditórias, difíceis de entender por aqueles que se relacionam com elas, porque são capazes de afirmar conceitos numa hora, para na seguinte afirmar coisas completamente diferentes, sem ter por isso nenhum remorso, pelo contrário, elas nem parecem perceber o quanto mudam de rota sem prévio aviso.
Porém, assim como nossa humanidade, as almas sagitarianas são notáveis, nunca passam despercebidas, possuem um gênio que as inclina a se manifestarem de forma brilhante, mesmo que atrapalhadas. Talvez não sejam persistentes o suficiente para levar a término o que começam, mas com certeza, se alguém por perto aproveitar a deixa e der prosseguimento ao que os sagitarianos colocam em marcha, é assim que vemos grandes proezas acontecerem.
Para Sagitário, como para nossa humanidade, não é importante terminar o que começa, mas aproveitar todas as novas oportunidades que surgem ao longo do caminho. O espírito de aventura prevalece sempre sobre o cumprimento dos deveres. Isso nos pareceria reprovável do ponto de vista moral, porém, se observamos o reino humano com objetividade, perceberemos que é dessa forma que nossa humanidade, inquieta de forma constante, nunca deixou de aproveitar todas as chances de fazer surgir novos inventos, novas máquinas, novas ideias.
É evidente que, junto às virtudes geniais de Sagitário, viriam também as faces ocultas e sombrias, feitas de murmúrios cruéis, vulgarmente chamados de fofocas, ou de aquilo que se conhece como “falar mais do que a boca”. É por este signo ser alvo desse movimento e, também, de participar ativamente na manutenção das desinformações, que chegamos a este momento da história humana em que, apesar de todos termos ganho a liberdade de sermos nossos próprios editores e publicar nosso conteúdo, na maior parte dos casos essas publicações só servem para espalhar e consolidar enganos.

About the Stamp
The stamp artwork of this issue was elaborated with elements that symbolize the ninth sign of the zodiac: Sagittarius. On the upper right corner lies its icon, which symbolizes a bow and an arrow. Two gray stripes delimit the space where lie a red band that represents the element “fire” – one of the rulers of nature that characterize the personality of those born under this zodiac sign –, the name and the time interval governed by sign of Sagittarius, an illustration of a centaur holding a bow and an arrow and, on the left, the representation of its constellation. Digital illustration technique was used.
Astrology
“Do not ask me what heaven can do for you, but in what way you will orient yourself to magnify the Universe with your presence,” it is with this phrase that, over time, I have found a way to tell people that Astrology is not the study of how heaven influences humans, but the knowledge that helps us understand the place we occupy in the colossal intelligent organism we call the Universe. Through this affirmation we have left aside the common vice of exempting ourselves from our responsibilities, for if we did not, we would transfer to the virtues and vices of the signs of the Zodiac a new justification to affirm that we would have no choice about being as we are or acting as we act.
Our zodiac signs are an indication of our usefulness in the Universe, which responds to this presentiment of ours that there must be a place for us in the Universe, calling it poetically “mission.” Make no mistake, however, that perhaps it would be enough to be born to fulfill this “mission.” It is not! It is necessary to go meet it, even if guided only by vague and imprecise ideas, but which the study of Astrology can clarify and help to use.
It is in this line of understanding that the signs of the Zodiac will present themselves as true cosmic portals through which the cosmogonic powers that contribute to the creation, preservation and reintegration of reality are distributed.
And so, too, the people who are born in each of the zodiac signs can find in this parameter the identity and orientation about the place they occupy in the Universe. Certainly, making good use of Astrology, we will one day think of ourselves integrated into the Universe, very different from what it is now, in which this word Universe always seems to refer to very distant and unattainable events. We are an integral part of the Universe and Astrology is the path that leads to understanding what this means and to guiding us about the best possible use of this condition.
Sagittarius
This is the zodiac sign that best defines and synthesizes the current stage of humankind, which mixes the brutality of blind instincts with the highest aspirations and ideals. This is what we are, the human beings, brute and beautiful, imperfect and full of advanced ideals, capable of committing atrocities, but also executors of actions that can make us cry, so pure and beautiful that they are.
It is not surprising, therefore, that people who are born under this sign are so contradictory, hard to understand by those who relate to them, because they are able to say one thing at a time, but say something completely different things another time, having no remorse, on the contrary, they do not seem to realize how much they change course without warning.
Just like humankind, Sagittarius souls are remarkable, they never go unnoticed, they have a mind that makes them to present themselves brilliantly, even if they are somehow disturbed. Perhaps they are not persistent enough to bring to completion what they have begun, but surely, if someone around takes the opportunity and follow what Sagittarians have set in motion, that is how we see great deeds to take place.
For Sagittarius, as for the humankind, it is not important to finish what we have started, but to take advantage of all the new opportunities that arise along the way. The spirit of adventure always prevails over the fulfillment of duties. This would seem objectionable from a moral point of view, but if we look at the human kingdom objectively, we will see that this is how humankind, constantly restless, never failed to take advantage of all the opportunities to bring about new inventions, new machines, new ideas.
It is evident that, together with the brilliant virtues of Sagittarius, there would also come along the hidden and dark faces, made of cruel murmurs, commonly called gossip, or what is known as “blabbermouth”. It is because this zodiac sign is target of this movement and, also, to actively participate in the maintenance of misinformation, that we have reached this moment in human history in which, although we have all gained the freedom to be our own publishers and post our content, in most cases these posts only serve to spread and consolidate mistakes.
