Sobre o Selo
A arte do selo desta emissão foi elaborada com elementos que simbolizam o sétimo signo do zodíaco: Libra. No canto inferior esquerdo está seu ícone, que simboliza uma balança. Acima, uma faixa de cor verde representa o elemento “ar”, um dos regentes da natureza que caracterizam a personalidade dos nascidos nesse signo. Duas faixas na cor cinza delimitam o espaço onde está inserido o nome e o intervalo de tempo governado por libra. Ao centro, a ilustração de uma balança, e no canto inferior direito, o esquema de representação de sua constelação. Foi utilizada a técnica de computação gráfica.
Astrologia
“Não me pergunte o que o céu pode fazer por você, mas de que maneira você há de se orientar para engrandecer o Universo com sua presença”, é com essa frase que, ao longo do tempo, encontrei a maneira de indicar às pessoas que a Astrologia não é o estudo de como o céu influencia os seres humanos, mas o conhecimento que nos ajuda a entender o lugar que ocupamos no colossal organismo inteligente que chamamos de Universo. Por meio dessa afirmação deixamos de lado o vício comum de nos eximirmos de nossas responsabilidades, pois, se não o fizéssemos, transferiríamos às virtudes e vícios dos signos do Zodíaco uma nova justificativa para afirmar que não teríamos opção sobre sermos como somos ou agirmos como agimos.
Nossos signos são a indicação de qual seria nossa serventia no Universo, o que responde a esse pressentimento nosso de que deve haver um lugar para nós no Universo, chamando a isso poeticamente de “missão”. Não se engane ninguém, porém, de que talvez seria suficiente nascer para cumprir essa “missão”. Não é! É preciso ir ao encontro dela, mesmo que orientados apenas por ideias vagas e imprecisas, mas que o estudo da Astrologia pode esclarecer e ajudar a utilizar.
É nessa linha de compreensão que os signos do Zodíaco se apresentarão a nós como verdadeiros portais cósmicos através dos quais se distribuem as potências cosmogônicas que concorrem para a criação, preservação e reintegração da realidade.
E, assim também, as pessoas que nascem em cada um dos signos podem encontrar neste parâmetro a identidade e a orientação sobre o lugar que ocupam no Universo. Com certeza, fazendo bom uso da Astrologia, chegaremos, um dia, a pensar em nós mesmos integrados ao Universo, muito diferente do que é agora, em que essa palavra Universo parece se referir sempre a eventos muito distantes e inatingíveis. Nós somos parte integrante do Universo e a Astrologia é o caminho que conduz a entender o que isso significa e a orientar sobre o melhor uso possível dessa condição. Libra A ordem, o método, a organização, essas são as condições que declaram a estabilidade e o ritmo que se consolida e adquire, para que as explosões criativas que caracterizam a humanidade possam ser postas sob controle e utilizadas à vontade. É no signo de Libra que a ordem é conquistada e se expressa através do apreço que seus nativos têm pelas formalidades, etiquetas e protocolos, pela uniformização, pela constância e pelo ritmo, pela estética agradável de ambientes e gestos. Paradoxalmente, do lado de dentro de quem nasce sob este signo, só se experimentam as oscilações e a incerteza, nunca parecendo haver consistência suficiente para tomar decisões, as quais representam tormentos para a alma libriana. Porém, pela atitude tomada formalmente, e conservando a etiqueta, para lidar com esse desequilíbrio interno, os nativos de Libra conseguem fazer com que todas as pessoas com que se relacionam experimentem equilíbrio. É uma peculiar condição a da alma libriana, porque produz equilíbrio inadvertidamente, sem ter verdadeira intenção.
Enquanto no interior das pessoas librianas tudo parece estar sempre em desequilíbrio, a atitude exterior promove bom contato e harmonia nos relacionamentos, não porque estes estejam sempre bem, mas porque se acaba encontrando um lugar de concórdia. Na consciência libriana se desenha a estética do convívio, porque ela é especialista em criar ambientes aprazíveis, que atendam ao bem-estar de todas as pessoas que por aí transitarem. Mas também é especialista em dividir as pessoas, já que por compreender o que as deixa em paz, conhece também profundamente a arte da guerra, porém, sempre a desenvolvendo através da diplomacia, nunca pelo confronto. O bom humor e a cristalina risada que explode e desmancha quaisquer sortilégios e complicações, é assim que se resolve a enorme complexidade com que a alma libriana precisa lidar, já que o mundo está muito longe de funcionar como deve, pelo contrário, tende mais para o caos do que para a ordem. Isso afeta consideravelmente o destino libriano, porque agrega complicações desnecessárias ao longo da vida, e a alma libriana gasta tempo na tentativa de colocar ordem. O bom humor é fundamental na construção de quaisquer tipos de relacionamentos humanos, já que a leveza promove que haja entendimento entre as partes, mesmo naqueles momentos em que a diferença de ponto de vista seja diametralmente oposta. O riso sincero e inofensivo é a magia mediante a qual, o que na teoria parecia complicado e impossível, acaba se realizando com relativa facilidade.

About the Stamp
The art of the stamp of this issue was elaborated with elements that symbolize the seventh sign of the zodiac: Libra. On the lower left corner is its icon, which symbolizes a scale. Above, a band of green color represents the element “air”, one of the rulers of nature that characterize the personality of those born in this zodiac sign. Two gray stripes delimit the space where the name and the time interval governed by sign of Libra are inserted. On the center, the illustration of a scale, and on the lower right corner, the scheme of representation of its constellation. Computer graphics technique was used.
Astrology
“Do not ask me what heaven can do for you, but in what way you will orient yourself to magnify the Universe with your presence,” it is with this phrase that, over time, I have found a way to tell people that Astrology is not the study of how heaven influences humans, but the knowledge that helps us understand the place we occupy in the colossal intelligent organism we call the Universe. Through this affirmation we have left aside the common vice of exempting ourselves from our responsibilities, for if we did not, we would transfer to the virtues and vices of the signs of the Zodiac a new justification to affirm that we would have no choice about being as we are or acting as we act. Our zodiac signs are an indication of our usefulness in the Universe, which responds to this presentiment of ours that there must be a place for us in the Universe, calling it poetically “mission.” Make no mistake, however, that perhaps it would be enough to be born to fulfill this “mission.” It is not! It is necessary to go meet it, even if guided only by vague and imprecise ideas, but which the study of Astrology can clarify and help to use. It is in this line of understanding that the signs of the Zodiac will present themselves as true cosmic portals through which the cosmogonic powers that contribute to the creation, preservation and reintegration of reality are distributed. And so, too, the people who are born in each of the zodiac signs can find in this parameter the identity and orientation about the place they occupy in the Universe. Certainly, making good use of Astrology, we will one day think of ourselves integrated into the Universe, very different from what it is now, in which this word Universe always seems to refer to very distant and unattainable events. We are an integral part of the Universe and Astrology is the path that leads to understanding what this means and to guiding us about the best possible use of this condition. Libra The order, the method, the organization, these are the conditions that declare the stability and the rhythm that is consolidated and acquired, so that the creative explosions that characterize humanity can be put under control and used at will. It is in the sign of Libra that order is conquered and expressed through the appreciation that its natives have for the formalities, labels and protocols, for the uniformity, constancy and rhythm, for the pleasant aesthetics of environments and gestures. Paradoxically, on the inside of those who are born under this sign, only oscillations and uncertainty are experienced, never seeming to have enough consistency to make decisions, which represent torments for the Librian soul. However, because of the attitude formally taken, and keeping the label, to deal with this internal imbalance, Libra’s natives are able to make all the people with whom they relate experience balance. The good humor and the crystalline laughter that explodes and dismantles any sorrows and complications is how the enormous complexity that the Librian soul needs to deal with is solved, since the world is very far from functioning as it should, on the contrary, tends more to chaos than to order. This affects the Librian destiny considerably, because it adds unnecessary complications throughout life, and the Librian soul spends time trying to put order. Good humour is fundamental in building any kind of human relationship, for lightness promotes understanding between the parties, even at those times when the difference in point of view is diametrically opposed. Sincere and harmless laughter is the magic through which what, in theory seemed complicated and impossible, ends up being fulfilled with relative ease.
